NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2007

Date: December 15, 2007

This is notified that the Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) for the year 2007 will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at PANSHEE, THE LAKE FRONT RESTAURANT, Sector # 5, Road # 10, Dhanmondi, Dhaka – 1205 (west to Kalabagan bus stand). The AGM will be followed by dinner at the same venue.

The Agenda:
Agenda 1: To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on December 25, 2006
Agenda 2: To receive and adopt the annual report of BCS for the year 2007
Agenda 3: To receive and pass the audited accounts of BCS for the year Nov-2006 - Oct-2007
Agenda 4: To appoint auditors for the year Nov-2007 - Oct-2008 and fix their remuneration
Agenda 5: To place the budget of BCS for the year Nov-2007 - Oct-2008 and to pass it
Agenda 6: To introduce newly elected office bearers of BCS for the term 2008-2009
Agenda 7: Any other business with the permission of the chair
